The Cookie Diet - You can Stick to!

There are too many diets that it would take most people consider fun and enjoyable to be. In fact, most people seem to have a mentality much like Garfield when it comes to diet, which is understandable, coming as a diet SAPS Our most us of our energy demand increases and makes us enthusiastic about everything and everyone around us. No wonder we hate dieting! By the way, our families and friends probably hate it, even if the diet ... 

Diets have a good way to make a buck in this country, especially because we are known as the fattest country in the world - literally. There are more overweight and obese people in America than in any other country there, and companies and individuals to exploit this, so far there are too many diets and diet products on the market today. There are many types of scams out there and unfortunately people spend money on their left and right Every new thing that comes out, why not do most of us work hard to lose weight, we want a miracle cure, and we want to occur in hurry!
The latest fad diet for the moment is strange. The Hollywood Cookie Diet is a unique food again, and that is exactly what the name says. In this diet, you must purchase special packets of biscuits, and come in three flavors: chocolate, lemon and oatmeal. And yes, real chocolate chip cookies are chocolate flavored, not ex-lax! Cookies are advertised to be charged, but reading the nutrition information with fiber and protein, apparently do not really have high amounts of these.
The Hollywood Cookie Diet meal plan is very simple. Basically it replaces for breakfast, lunch and all your snacks a day with 4 biscuits a day and then you should eat a light dinner - just! It may not seem like much, but it seems to fill the cookie and are individually wrapped, so it is easy to get them to work. However, I do not know how employees are when they see that all you have to explain every day for lunch, a cookie!
Boxes of cookies costs about twenty dollars for a package of 12 cookies. This is rather expensive, considering that would have to pay that amount every three days. If you only lose a few pounds, would be more valuable, but if you have a considerable amount of weight you free then I would not recommend that want to try this diet. They advertise that as long as it takes to "meal plan," you lose up to 15 pounds per month. In fact, you can lose up to 15 pounds in a month through regular exercise plan and proper diet. Four biscuits a day - even if cookies are not real diet! I do not think I would recommend this diet to anyone because, once again, regular meals and snacks are most likely the weight is back.
